How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Or to track your package click through to our tracking page and paste your unique tracking number.
If you cannot find your tracking number please email us so we can re send it.
How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping, all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Due to high demand, estimated delivery times are:
- USA & Canada: 7-20 business days
- UK & Europe: 7-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-20 business days
- Asia: 7-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-25 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or high demand.
How long does order processing take?
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Once processed, they are shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at info@lootarama.com, and we will resolve this you.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@lootarama.com, and we will investigate.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
